Pharmacy Manager

Tracey T.

Tracey graduated from the PharmD program at the University of Alberta in 2019 and joined the Royal Oak Pharmacy team in August 2022. She has over 5 years of experience working in customer service and aims to consistently deliver quality service and personalized care. Tracey was born and raised in Edmonton and moved to Calgary in 2020. She can speak conversational Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of work, Tracey's favourite activities include travelling and spending time with her dog.

Pharmacy Assistant

Jocelyne W.

Jocelyne joined the Royal Oak Pharmacy team in July 2022 after graduating the pharmacy assistant program with honours from the CDI college in 2021. She loves interacting with clients and finds providing care for children and older persons especially fulfilling. Jocelyne is originally from Hong Kong, and she is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and cooking.
